Machine Operator Supervisor

As a Machine Operator Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our factory in Al-Kuwait. Your main duties will include supervising a team of machine operators, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also be responsible for training new operators and monitoring their performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine operation and supervision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
