Job Title: IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support company objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate backup procedures, firewalls, and virus protection measures
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for new technologies or systems that could benefit the company
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to employees
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement or support as needed
- Develop policies and procedures for the use of company technology resources
- Train employees on proper use of hardware/software systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Experience with managing teams
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cyber security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

Location: Izhevsk (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1600/month (contract job)
