Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in St. Petersburg. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You must have a deep understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Provide guidance on technical issues and mentor junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
