Office Assistant in Lom, Contract Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Lom. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be willing to work without prior experience.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. This includes but is not limited to managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other daily tasks as needed.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time management and organizational abilities. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be handling important documents and information.
Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office is required. Prior experience in an office setting would be beneficial but is not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate who displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
