Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant for our company in Lom, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your main duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of office equipment such as printers and scanners. Experience is not required but would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing office correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
