Floral Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and displays for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your expertise to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss floral design needs
- Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Order flowers and supplies from vendors
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Set up arrangements at event venues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair with a strong eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
Education:
A degree or certification in floral design is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

City:
This position is based in St. Petersburg.

Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role is required. However, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who possess exceptional creativity, talent, and motivation.
