A reputable company in Izhevsk is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company by handling administrative duties and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the team
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
