Part-time Administrator in Izhevsk
We are a growing company in need of a part-time Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the team in daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing company records and files
- Assisting with email correspondence and scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with data entry and creating reports
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will work 20 hours per week.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
