Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan. As an Indian national with strong English language skills, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$, and we offer a free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Keep accurate records of important documents such as invoices, contracts, and reports
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
