Information Technology Manager (Contract)

As the Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IT department, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all technology systems and services. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing strategic direction for the company's technology infrastructure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ in Shan, with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations and systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's technology infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Create and maintain IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.
- Proven experience managing teams and developing successful strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a contract role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
