Computer Support Specialist



We are currently hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any computer-related issues they may have. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining our network and other IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will also be required to provide technical support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person. You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical individuals.

To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with various operating systems and software applications. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance to clients by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
-Install and configure computer systems according to client needs
-Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot network problems when necessary
-Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through various channels
-Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when needed
-Document all support activities in detail for future reference
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, products, and services related to the industry

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
-Proven experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
-In-depth knowledge of computer systems (Windows/Mac OS)
-Familiarity with various software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus programs)
-Experience with network troubleshooting tools (ping/trace route)
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
-Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.

Salary: 1200$ per month
