Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Shan. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, creating wireframes, designing mockups, and coding the final website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in web development languages, and an eye for detail. Salary: $1200 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements
- Create wireframes and mockups based on client briefs
- Design visually appealing websites that align with client brand identities
- Write clean code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript to bring designs to life
- Conduct user testing and make necessary changes to improve user experience
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies
- Communicate project progress to clients
