Job Title: Moderator for Online Community (Contract Position)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Moderator to join our growing online community in Shan, Myanmar. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content and interactions within our online platform. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor user-generated content and ensure that it aligns with our community guidelines and values
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Engage with users to foster a positive and welcoming community atmosphere
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve our community standards and processes

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese (written and spoken)
- Passionate about building and nurturing online communities
- Ability to maintain a neutral stance while enforcing community guidelines
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience moderating online communities is a plus
