Facade Technician
Location: Shan, China


We are a leading construction company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Shan, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems and installation processes, as well as experience working on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain facade systems according to project specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing facades
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of facade systems and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid work visa for China (or willing to obtain)
