Residential Painter


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Painter to join our team in Shan, with a salary of 1000$. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of residential properties to meet client specifications and deadlines. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding rough areas
- Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from paint splatter during the painting process
- Apply primer and multiple coats of paint to surfaces using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Mix and match paint colors for desired shades
- Ensure proper ventilation in work areas to prevent health hazards
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after each use
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Painter, with at least 2 years of experience in painting residential properties
- In-depth knowledge of various types of paints, finishes, and application techniques
- Ability to accurately estimate time and materials needed for each project
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have your own transportation to job sites

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional training or certification in painting techniques or related field
- Experience working with different types of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex) on various surfaces (e.g. wood, drywall)
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with paints and chemicals
