Equipment Operator (Shan, Myanmar)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, Myanmar. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. Your main duties will include safely maneuvering equipment on construction sites, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and following all safety protocols.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation techniques and possess good hand-eye coordination. You should also have the ability to work independently and follow instructions closely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for the right candidate. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for operating heavy equipment and are looking to advance their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes
- Transport materials and equipment around construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations
- Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to supervisors
- Work in collaboration with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is an asset
