We are currently seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Shan, China. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and goals
- Create architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Communicate with contractors and engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architectural design is preferred but not required
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. We offer competitive compensation of 1500$ per month. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
