Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will also involve managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet all safety and building codes. Additionally, you will collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of your designs.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in commercial design. Knowledge of building regulations and codes is essential in this position. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.
