Architecture Project Manager
As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, development, and construction of architectural projects in Shan. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project teams and providing leadership and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and construction of architectural projects in Shan.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Manage project teams by setting clear goals, delegating tasks effectively, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare project reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Project management certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams towards a common goal.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation is provided for non-local candidates. We also offer sponsorship for work visas.
