Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, managing budgets and timelines, and supervising a team of architects and designers. Your role will involve both hands-on design work as well as project management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective design solutions
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven experience leading a team on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes

Location: Shan (open to candidates from all nationalities)

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
