We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, China on a contract basis. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the production of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor and train junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction techniques, and relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Chinese building codes and regulations

Salary: 1100$ per month
