Florist Assistant


We are a floral design company based in Shan, seeking a dedicated and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, as well as provided accommodation.

As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with flower preparation and arrangement, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, strong time-management skills, and a willingness to learn. While previous experience in floral design is not required, it is preferred. However, we are open to training the right candidate who has a passion for flowers and an eagerness to develop their skills in this field.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Additionally, you should be physically fit as this job can involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is creative, organized, and has an eye for aesthetics. You should also have a positive attitude and be able to work efficiently under pressure. As this job involves working with clients from different backgrounds and cultures, proficiency in multiple languages would be considered an asset.
