Personal Trainer
We are searching for a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Shan. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs, motivating clients to reach their fitness goals, and ensuring safe and effective workouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise science, knowledge of nutrition and health, and a passion for helping others improve their overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor clients to ensure safety and proper form
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and feedback to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and techniques
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a personal trainer with a diverse clientele
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to customize workouts for individuals with different ages, abilities, and backgrounds
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 20 hours per week.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Shan but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in the country.
