Restaurant Manager - Shan, Myanmar


A well-established restaurant in the bustling city of Shan, Myanmar is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Create and maintain work schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage expenses within budget
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Chef to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety regulations, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation may be provided for candidates who require it.
