Experienced Barista - Shan, China


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Shan, China. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. You must have previous experience working as a barista and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company recipes
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
