We are a bustling cafe located in the vibrant city of Shan, seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be able to create delicious and visually appealing beverages that will leave our customers satisfied. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Crafting high-quality espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks
- Creating latte art to add an extra touch of creativity to our drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Taking orders from customers and processing payments accurately
- Assisting with restocking supplies when needed
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in beverage preparation is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Shan city but does not come with accommodation. It is suitable for students who are able to commute or live nearby.
