Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations at our high-end restaurant in Shan. Your main goal will be to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests by consistently delivering high-quality and innovative dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that align with our restaurant's concept and standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen personnel
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating to maintain high standards of taste and presentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and revenue goals
- Continuously seek ways to improve menu offerings and streamline kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
City & Country:
This position is located in the vibrant city of Shan. While local candidates are preferred, we are open to considering relocation for the right candidate.
