Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including cost estimates and resource allocation
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and resource management
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on site
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
