Construction Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Shan, a bustling city known for its booming construction industry. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and experienced professional with a strong background in construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within established deadlines and budget constraints
- Supervise and direct on-site construction teams to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays and take necessary action to address them
- Coordinate with procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Prepare progress reports and present them to upper management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management role
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels

Location:
This is a contract position based in Shan. Accommodation will not be provided.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Note: This position is suitable for men as it may require physical work on construction sites. Biometric passport is required for international travel related to the job.
