Crane Operator
As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects on construction sites or in industrial settings. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that materials are safely and efficiently transported to their designated locations. Your duties may include inspecting equipment, maintaining logs and records, and following safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including boom trucks, tower cranes, and crawler cranes
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other team members during material movements
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and changing filters
- Keep detailed logs and records of material movements and crane operations
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any equipment malfunctions or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Ability to read blueprints and understand weight capacities of different cranes
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Physical ability to operate controls and maneuver heavy loads
- Strong communication skills for working with team members during material movements
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Shan City. Please note that while nationality is not a strict requirement, preference may be given to candidates who are legally able to work in this location.
Accommodation:
