Part Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Office Assistant to join our team in Shan, China. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; some college coursework preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Hours:
This is a part time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate would be available to work 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Shan, China. The candidate must currently reside in this area.
