Entry-Level Merchandiser

As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of product merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that the company's merchandise is presented in a visually appealing and organized manner. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of merchandising plans
- Help maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Participate in store visits to analyze store layouts and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help create visual displays that effectively showcase products
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Assist with forecasting demand and managing product availability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Shan, China (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
