Junior Sales Manager


As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to potential customers in Shan. Your goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This role is suitable for men with or without experience, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or relevant role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Must have a biometric passport or willing to obtain one before starting the job
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
