Contract Waiter in Shan, China


A high-end restaurant in Shan, China is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take orders from guests and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with precision and efficiency
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
