Carpenter

We are a construction company based in Shan, looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. You will work closely with our team of architects and project managers to ensure that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials needed and dimensions of the structure
- Measure, cut, shape, join, and assemble materials according to the design plans
- Install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and frame buildings
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools
- Finish surfaces by sanding and painting or staining
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment used in carpentry work
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods as well as construction materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, levels, etc.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is preferred
