Part-Time Land Surveyor



As a Part-Time Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas. Your main duties will include conducting field surveys, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports for clients. This position is based in Shan and offers a salary of 1200$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS devices and electronic distance measurement (EDM) instruments
- Gathering data on land features, boundaries, and structures
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and architects to determine property boundaries
- Maintaining updated knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS devices, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work on-site at various locations in Shan. Our company provides visa sponsorship for foreign nationals.
