We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Shan, China. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and techniques. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring that our products are visually appealing and delicious.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with traditional baking methods and techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredient quantities as needed
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of products
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various types of dough by measuring ingredients accurately and mixing them together according to specific recipes.
- Roll, cut, shape, and decorate dough using traditional techniques.
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, or other baked goods using ovens or other equipment.
- Monitor baking process closely and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
- Decorate finished products with icings, glazes or toppings as required.
- Ensure consistency in product quality by following set standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area at all times.
- Track inventory levels for supplies such as flour, sugar, etc. and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff such as pastry chefs or cake decorators on special orders or projects.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
