Caregiver for Elderly in Shan, China


We are in need of a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Elderly to join our team in Shan, China. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance and support to elderly individuals who may require special care due to age or health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to doctor's instructions
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate records of clients' care and progress

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a caregiver is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
