Entry-Level Office Manager
The Entry-Level Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Shan. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in office management and administration. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and answering phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Organize meetings and events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
