Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan City. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, and we welcome applications from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
- Plan and attend sales events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
