We are in need of a skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in the city of Shan. As a seasonal concierge, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel and its facilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, events, and restaurants to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a concierge or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
