Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. You will assist the Concierge in various tasks such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other activities upon request
- Maintain an organized database of local attractions, events, and services for guest reference
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Salary: $1800 per month
Location: This position is located in Shan City, China. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
