IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our team in Eschen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technical needs are met and that our systems are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to employees
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements
- Develop and enforce company-wide IT policies and procedures
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, cloud computing, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry developments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month along with accommodation. We also provide a free visa and ticket for international candidates. This is a contract job with potential for renewal based on performance.
