Computer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Eschen! This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, including hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Set up new user accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Train users on how to use computer systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Keep track of all technical issues reported and provide timely updates to clients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing technical support for computer systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
