Teamlead - Biometric Passport Processing

As the Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of agents in the efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of biometric technology. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of agents in the processing of biometric passports
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks by team members
- Train new team members on proper procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct quality checks on processed passports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to passport processing
- Stay updated on changes in biometric technology and government regulations related to passport processing
- Maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information
- Prepare reports on team performance, efficiency, and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in biometrics is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in passport processing or a similar field
- In-depth knowledge of biometrics technology and its applications in passport processing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (candidates who are eligible to work in Liechtenstein preferred)
