Architectural Technologist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen! As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and designs for construction projects, ensuring they meet building codes and regulations. You will also collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and designs according to project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans meet all requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of construction projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this contract position. Accommodation is not provided but we are happy to assist with visa sponsorship.
