Preservation Architect (Part-Time)
Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures while incorporating modern elements and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of preservation plans
- Utilize innovative techniques and materials to preserve the integrity of historical buildings while enhancing their functionality
- Monitor ongoing preservation projects and provide guidance as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in preservation techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in preservation projects, preferably with historical buildings
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for historical preservation is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month.
