Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Eschen. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, considering the structural integrity, historical significance, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of preservation plans
- Conduct research on historical building materials and techniques to inform restoration work
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and preservation guidelines
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in preservation architecture preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials and techniques
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for historical preservation
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Preservation Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international preservation projects
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for travel purposes
