Part-Time Architectural Designer



We are currently seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Eschen. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various architectural projects, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements and adhere to building codes. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial concepts and designs for architectural projects based on client’s needs
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with other team members including engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws and standards
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)

Location: Eschen (candidate must have own visa)
