Architectural Designer (Contract)

We are in search of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and has experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work permit for Liechtenstein
